Thank you for your interest in the Ministry Leaders Cruise.
The Church Leadership Cruise is a free ministry conference designed to encourage, equip, and connect ministry leaders.
There is no registration fee for the conference.
Cruise Arrangements
The cruise is operated by Royal Caribbean International. Each participant is responsible for
making his or her own cruise reservation and payment directly with Royal Caribbean.
The conference organizers do not sell, resell, or package cruise accommodations and do not collect or process payments for the cruise.
Your cruise reservation, payment, cancellation terms, travel requirements, and other cruise-related matters are governed by your agreement with Royal Caribbean International.
Conference
The conference organizers are responsible only for the conference programming and activities specifically identified as part of the Church Leadership Cruise.
Conference speakers, schedules, locations, and activities are subject to change. Participation in the conference is voluntary. Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and otherwise able to participate in any conference activity.
Travel
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the cruise port unless specifically stated otherwise by the conference organizers. Participants are also responsible for passports, identification, travel documents, travel insurance, medical needs, medications, and other personal travel requirements.
Acknowledgment
By registering for the conference, I acknowledge that the Church Leadership Cruise is a free conference being hosted aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise and that my cruise reservation is a separate transaction between me and Royal Caribbean International.
I understand that the conference organizers are not the cruise operator and are not responsible for the operation of the vessel, Royal Caribbean’s employees or crew, cabins, food and beverage services, onboard medical services, transportation provided by Royal Caribbean, shore excursions, or other services provided by Royal Caribbean or independent third parties.
I understand that Royal Caribbean’s applicable Cruise Ticket Contract and other applicable terms govern my cruise and related purchases.
