This team takes care of preparing, serving, and cleaning the Sunday morning coffee and meals. This team will rotate responsibilities, and members will be assigned a certain week of the month. However, this team also needs people to fill in the gaps at times. This team requests one Sunday service commitment per month.
Meal Team (Funerals)

This team serves by providing meals for families going through the difficulty of losing a family member. This team works on an as-needed basis. Just sign up, and you will be assigned a role. You will be notified by the leader when and where food is needed. This is an ongoing team, and due to the sporadic needs team members are asked to be available at any time. If unable to fulfill a need, then don’t worry, we will just ask you next time!
Student Ministry Team

This team serves students in 6th-12th grades on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. Team members work by connecting with students from the time they arrive to the time they leave. Work may include outside duties as parking lot monitors, small group leading, clean up crew, or even onstage presentations. This team requests one service commitment per month. Safety Team / Greeting

This team is the first point of contact for people when they come onto our church grounds. This team works to ensure the safety of people from the time they step onto the property until they leave. This team consists of volunteers that help with medical, security, and general guidance needs. They have needs for people who can administer first aid, monitor church grounds, be first responders to emergencies, and be great greeters, too. Needs may be biweekly, weekly, or monthly.
Kitchen Team

The kitchen team at Round Prairie is one of the busiest teams. This group serves most every week preparing and serving meals to the church body on Wednesday nights. They also serve at other times when the kitchen needs to be up and running. Tasks can include cooking, cleaning, prepping, and taste testing. All are invited to be a part of this team. You can get involved every week or take things a little slower and ease into this important work. If you have a passion for food and serving, then this team might be the one for you.
Ramp Team

This team is a “hands on” and manual labor type of team. This team’s goal is to build wheelchair ramps throughout Fairfield and the surrounding areas to those in need. All experience levels are welcome, and there is plenty of on the job training. Young and old alike serve in this important ministry. Ramps are most often Saturday projects. You can get as involved as you would like and build most weeks or sit back and work at a slower pace.

This team serves students in PK-5th grades on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. Needs in this ministry include monitoring kids, leading groups, teaching classes, and even serving food and drinks. This team requests one (Wednesday or Sunday) service commitment per month. (Background Check Required)
Worship Team

This team is responsible for leading the worship ministry of the church. The needs of this ministry require skill in playing an instrument or vocal performance. Rehearsals may be required and communication with leadership on placement will be discussed. Needs may be biweekly, weekly, monthly, or as needed on Sundays primarily.
Nursery Team

This team is responsible to care for children from birth to 3 years of age. Needs will be primarily Wednesdays and Sundays concurrent with church activities. The team members work to provide a safe, clean, and joyful environment to our most vulnerable age. This team requests one (Wednesday or Sunday) service commitment per month. Team members must be at least 14 years of age. (Background Check Required)
Community Connections Team

This team is the face of the church to many in the community. This team will meet regularly to go into various community locations to connect with potential attenders. They will be an integral part of the strategy of helping others know of the work and ministry of Round Prairie. This will include going to schools, businesses, and other entities and will oftentimes meet weekdays. Team members will need to have the ability to connect with new people in a friendly and engaging way. This team requests a one partial day commitment per month.

This team is responsible for much of what is experienced in the sound and video elements of our worship services. These team members primarily work before, during, and after services on Sundays. However, other needs occasionally arise and are available for those wishing to do more. This team requests one Sunday service commitment per month. (Training is available. Must be High School aged or above to serve here)
Fathers in the Field

This team consist of men who agree to mentor a fatherless boy. This ministry is in collaboration with Fathers in the Field, which is an organization that works across the country to provide mentoring to fatherless boys. A background check is required. Training is available, and applications are required.
