You are welcome here!
Round Prairie is a church "where families find life".
If this is your first time attending church or you’re looking to connect with a church community, a member of our team would love to connect with you.
We would love to see you at our next Sunday's worship service!
What should I expect when I attend a service?
It is hard to walk into a new place with lots of people you do not know. The most important thing for you to know is that Round Prairie Baptist Church is one of the friendliest churches you’ll ever find. You do not have to worry about being judged or thought differently of. We are going to love on you just as we do our own family. We all have stories to share…this is a place where we would love to hear your story.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Some wear jeans and t-shirts, others wear business casual attire, while some come formal. Come as you are!
Am I going to be singled out?
No. We would love for you to fill out a visitor’s card if you would like, so we can get to know you better - but you don't have to. You are free to come as often as you like. We hope you’ll stick around after the worship service so we can meet and get to know you.
What worship style?
We currently offer one worship service on Sunday Mornings. Our service is held in our Family Life Center. Our worship style is a contemporary song selection and we have a talented team that leads us in worship. Plan on arriving a little early to enjoy a light breakfast and grab a warm cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa. We want you to feel right at home as you worship with us. If you have children, they are always welcome in our service and we also offer children’s church and nursery during the service if you would prefer to drop them off prior to worship. We also have Connection Groups that meet at 9:00am for children, youth and adults.
How long does the worship service last?
Our typical morning worship service lasts about an hour. The pastor’s message usually lasts 20-30 minutes. At the end of each message, an invitation is offered for those sharing salvation decisions, wanting to join our church, wanting to counsel with one of the pastors, or just wanting to pray at the altar.
